A lockdown update from Ella

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know WE WILL REMAIN OPEN and advise you on how we are going to be operating over the coming weeks. Here are some key points you might find useful:
Our showroom will be closed.
Our workshop will remain open for MOTs, servicing and maintenance; work which is deemed essential by the Government.
We will be operating a 1 in, 1 out process, please be mindful of this if your vehicle is booked in and don’t enter the dealership until the prior customer has left.
Our online showroom will be open for reserve online, click & collect and contactless delivery of vehicle purchases.
You can view all our used stock, request personalised video tours of any vehicle and speak to a member of our team from the comfort of your home. We will share our new website with you very soon!
Strict cleaning, hygiene and PPE protocols are in place within the dealership.
Our opening hours are changing slightly to 08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday. We are contactable via our website and social media 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The smaller team (myself included) that will be on site throughout will be here to advise and assist where we can; all I ask is that you are courteous and patient. We’re all in this together.
